I particularly like the way these airbrush letters appear to be three
dimensional, and the way their colors
seem to be fluorescent in some lighting conditions. They are made without
actually touching the paper, while the
airbrush is held about a half inch away from the paper surface.
The writing is done very quickly. There is a moment
of time when I can see the completed picture in my minds' eye. It is within this
window of time that I have to
do the writing, before my self doubt sets in! If I leave it too long, I begin to
think I might make a mistake, or that I can't do it right.
It took me about 15 seconds to write "Mr. Valentine", and about 10 seconds to
write the "Hunter" name below.
Mistakes occur when I am distracted and fail to focus on what is in front of me.
It takes a bit longer to add the second color shadow, and then to add the tiny white reflection dots.
These family certificate pictures fit into a 16 x 20 frame. Such pictures are
very popular with people
for whom family history and reputation is very important. Any Names and
important
dates can be added, as can any favorite colors. I have two background pictures
which can be used for
this purpose. This one is called "Two Hearts 16x20"
